Service Terms
These service terms govern the delivery of professional services by our team.
Scope of Service
The specific services are described in a written quote or proposal before work begins. Scope changes are agreed in writing and may affect timeline and pricing.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms
- Standard: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery
- Retainers: Monthly in advance
- Approved corporate accounts: Net-30 may apply
Timelines
Project timelines are set in the proposal. Delays from late feedback or scope changes may extend timelines.
Deliverables
On completion we deliver the agreed outputs. Deliverables are deemed accepted 7 days after handover unless concerns are raised.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client. We retain portfolio rights unless confidentiality has been agreed.
Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses.
